A few more workplace truths

- Motivating others involves cooperative discovery to uncover the other person’s definition of “win.”
- Leading a team means not violating your team members’ sovereignty, and not using guile to make them do something they don’t want to do.
- Motivating others involves a genuine inquiry during which you learn what other people want, and then working with them to help them achieve it.
