Are companies are starting to “get it” regarding training?

It seems that companies are starting to see the value of training. I’ve not done a formal study on the matter nor have I seen any official data supporting my hypothesis (although it’s quite possible some exists); it’s just a general observation over the past few months– The need for training employees is finally making a regular blip on the boardroom radar screen.

    Anyone else noticing this trend?
