Does the job description of your manager include “trainer”?
Important Announcement
Over the past month I logged nearly 7,000 miles in a motorhome, speaking to managers and leaders across the country while on tour for my latest book, Creating Passion-Driven Teams. In some places I conducted day-long training sessions. In other places I spoke for only an hour or two. But one thing stood out everywhere I went: Managers know they’re supposed to be training their teams, but they’re not getting trained in how to train.
As a result, they’re not fulfilling a vital part of their job description.
Because “Train the Trainer” is a workshop I’ve taught for many years, I’ve decided to make a shortened, down-and-dirty online training course that will teach managers how to train. The launch is scheduled for late September or early October, but I want to let people know about it now.
AND — after talking with the board of directors, I’m bringing this program in at a low, affordable introductory price: Only $597. I’m not sure how long that price will last, but I can guarantee it provides everything: 100% access to all the online materials, the downloadable worksheets and supplemental training aids, and 100% free unlimited access to the help desk so managers can call and ask ANY question about conducting training.
To make things even sweeter, we’re providing a $100 dollar early-bird discount: Everyone who enrolls this month (August of 2009) saves $100 by using the discount code DansBlogAug. If you wait and sign up in September you can still save $50 by using the discount code MgmtSept.

Oh — one more thing. I am so confident that people will rave about this training, I’m giving you a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Either you learn how to train others, or your money back. It’s that simple.
