In the workplace, you choose the weather
It’s an exciting time here at the Inter-galactic Headquarters of the Center for Workplace Excellence (I use that title in jest, but we really are thinking big these days).
- Work is in full swing getting the online training set up for teaching managers the skills they need to train others effectively and efficiently.
- My latest book, Creating Passion-Driven Teams, is selling well and getting great reviews on Amazon.com
- We’ve acquired a couple of clients who are “full-steam-ahead” dedicated to building effective and efficient operations.
A while back, I decided my workplace needed more of a personal feel. It appears that as a result, things are happening with a bit more zing lately.
The truth I’m touting here is this: Whatever atmosphere you have at your workplace is directly influenced by YOU.
- You have the power to choose how you respond to others.
- You have the power to prioritize your efforts.
- You have the power to either infuse energy, or drain it.
Longtime readers know that I believe first you’re born, and then you have choices. So today’s question is, “What are you choosing to do to engage your workplace so it’s more effective and efficient?”
I’m putting my money where my mouth is: If you’re looking for ways to refocus yourself, call me for a FREE 15-minute brainstorming session. No obligation. No strings attached. (If I’m swamped we can set up a time to call you back). The bottom line: If you want your workplace to be more effective and efficient, it’s certainly possible. I’m excited to be bucking the economic trends. If I can help you do the same, the world becomes a better place!
