Dan Bobinski is the president & CEO of Leadership Development, Inc., the parent company of Workplace-Excellence.com.

To back that up, for more than 25 years Dan had been providing coaching and training on leadership, management, team building and effective workplace practices to tens of thousands of people at hundreds of companies in more than a dozen countries.

Dan is also an engaging keynote speaker, with the ability to make complex issues and concepts easy to understand. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and has been an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Idaho State University.


Dan is a prolific writer, and his best-selling book Creating Passion-Driven Teams continues to receive positive reviews on Amazon.com.  It has also been on the top 10 business books list in many countries.


He has also authored and co-authored many other books, and has been interviewed by CNN Money, FOX News Business, and ESPN.


He received several commendations during his service in the U.S. Navy before attending Southern Illinois University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in workforce education and development. Bobinski continued his education at Idaho State University where he earned a master’s degree in training and development. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in organizational learning and leadership.


Dan and his wife have one daughter and the family enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with extended family.
